The Reform UK leader will outline his plans to arrest, detain and deport hundreds of thousands of people who arrive on small boats.
His pledge will include significant legal changes like withdrawing from the European Convention on Human Rights.
Under Reform those entering illegally will be unable to claim asylum, the leader is expected to say.
