The Home Office’s decision to proscribe Palestine Action under anti-terrorism legislation was unlawful, the High Court has ruled. But the group would remain banned to allow the government time to consider an appeal.

-The family of a mother of two who was abused by her partner have told ITV News they are in fear of their lives after he’s been released from prison. Before she died, 23 year old Demi Hannaway was subjected to abuse and threats by Andrew Brown.
Her death was officially ruled as suicide but following a campaign from her family and an ITV News investigation, police have reopened the case.
