Former SNP chief executive Peter Murrell returns to court on Tuesday for a further hearing after he pleaded guilty to embezzling more than £400,000 from the party last week.
Murrell is at the High Court in Edinburgh, where prosecutors are outlining the facts of the case.
The sentencing of former Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s ex-husband is due to take place later in June.
Murrell, 61, pleaded guilty on Monday last week to embezzling a total of £400,310.65 from the SNP between August 2010 and October 2022.
The cash was used to buy a range of items, including: a motorhome, various luxury goods and two cars.
