First minister Rhun ap Iorwerth has asked Westminster to deliver a ‘new deal for Wales’ in a letter to the Prime Minister.
It comes as he addresses Plaid Cymru’s Annual Conference for the first time since the party won the Senedd election in May.
In a letter to Prime Minister Andy Burnham, Mr ap Iorwerth wrote that "Wales should be able to benefit from the same constitutional and fiscal tools already available in Scotland."
"The recent Senedd election delivered a clear mandate from the people of Wales for positive change that makes a tangible difference to their lives," he wrote.
