The trial of Hannah Gutierrez continues in Sante Fe, New Mexico.
Hannah Gutierrez was responsible for weapons on the set of the Western film Rust and is going on trial over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. She has been charged with two counts of manslaughter and one count of tampering with evidence, pleading not guilty to all three charges.
Baldwin, the lead actor and producer of “Rust,” was pointing the gun at the cinematographer when the fatal shot was fired. Director Joel Souza was also injured in the accident.
Baldwin claims he pulled back the hammer of the gun but did not pull the trigger.
