WATCH LIVE: Luxembourg court rules on NYT’s request for VDL-Pfizer CEO vaccine deal texts

The Luxembourg-based General Court rules on the New York Times’ challenge against the European Commission’s rejection of its request to access all text messages exchanged between Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla between Jan. 1, 2021 and May 11, 2022. The NYT said the messages could shed light on deals to buy billions of euros of COVID-19 vaccines.
