The conflicts in the Middle East have been moving quickly in the last seven days. In Gaza, where Israel has been engaged in a war with Hamas militants for the last year, more areas in the north of the enclave have been ordered to evacuate, suggesting more Israeli military action could be descending on the area.
In Lebanon, where Israel says it is targeting Hezbollah militants (who, like Hamas, are backed by Iran), strikes have continued in Beirut, with people in more than 20 villages urged to leave the south of the country.
Alongside all this, the world is also waiting for Israel’s response to an Iranian attack on the country more than a week ago, with Tehran warning any retaliation would be met by stronger actions
