Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and city solicitor Diana Cortes announce litigation to address gun violence in the state following a mass shooting that killed five people and wounded two children.
The suspect, Kimbrady Carriker, 40, was arraigned on Wednesday morning on more than 30 counts, including murder, attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment.
