WATCH LIVE – The prime minister is grilled on his record of dealing with poverty in the UK

The Prime Minister is appearing before a committee of senior MPs to discuss “dealing with poverty in the UK”.

The Liaison Committee is made up of MPs who chair the various Commons select committees and this is their chance ahead of the summer recess to grill Sir Keir Starmer about his record.
