Zimbabwe’s main opposition party Citizens Coalition for Change holds a news conference following Saturday’s election results.
Opposition leader Nelson Chamisa has alleged “blatant and gigantic fraud” in the country’s election after President Emmerson Mnangagwa was declared the winner. The opposition has also rejected the result, which has been questioned by international observers.
Zimbabwe’s elections commission says Mnangagwa won 52.6 percent of the vote compared with 44 percent for Mr. Chamisa.
