The assisted dying bill is back in the House of Commons for a vote that could see it either fall or move on to the House of Lords.
The proposed legislation would allow terminally ill adults, with fewer than six months to live, to apply for an assisted death, subject to approval by two doctors and a panel featuring a social worker, senior legal figure and psychiatrist.
Kim Leadbeater, the MP who introduced the bill, has said she is confident it will pass. But the vote is expected to be very close.
