The head of the competition watchdog says it has "fixed" the ticket sales process after its Oasis investigation into Ticketmaster.
Emma Cochrane, head of the consumer protection at the Competition and Markets Authority, added: "We focused on making sure that the process for fans going forward, gets fixed so that they get the information they need up front so they can make better decisions the next time they buy a concert ticket for a big event."
