‘Water should not be attached to profit’

Julie believes her eight-year-old daughter Heather died after contracting E. coli from contaminated water at a beach in Devon. She says water companies should not be run for profit and has a message for water companies and MPs.

South West Water say that no definitive source for the infection was established for Heather’s death.
