‘We always believed Peter was innocent’

Peter Sullivan’s brother says he always believed Peter was innocent, after he was freed from prison 38 years since being wrongly convicted of murder.

New DNA evidence cleared the now 68-year-old in the killing of Diane Sindall in 1986 and Dave Sullivan says his brother will now have to ‘learn how to live’ outside prison, adding he is angry it took so long for the conviction to be quashed.
