Gareth Davies, exchequer secretary to the Treasury, has said the government are still "confident we can maintain our policy on Rwanda" as ministers wait for a judgment from the Supreme Court.
He told Kay Burley: "Well, Rwanda is the priority, but it is one of a number of options. The Prime Minister has already signed, for example, an agreement with Albania."
When asked if there is a "plan B" if the ruling goes against the government, he said it is "clear that he [the prime minister] will look at other options".
