For Orit Zadiktevitch, the last two years have been hell.
On October 7, two of her son’s best friends, Gali and Ziv Berman, who were so close to the family they considered Orit their second mother, were taken hostage.
The only proof of life came 18 months into their captivity, when another returning hostage said he had seen them, but many months before his release.
Now Orit and other members of Kibbutz Kfar Aza are preparing to welcome the 28-year-olds home.
