New allegations have been uncovered of abuse and assault at homes run by Blue Ribbon Healthcare Group, a private care company responsible for the care of people with learning disabilities.
The care firm is already under investigation by the care regulator after an ITV News investigation exposed the alleged neglect of disabled adults in multiple homes in North West England.
Now, more whistleblowers and families with residents under their care have come forward with fresh accusations against the company. ITV News has obtained more evidence, which includes a secret audio recording of staff aggressively shouting at a resident with profound learning disabilities at one of Blue Ribbon’s properties.
