Our reporter bought a range of oral tanning drops and nasal sprays from online stores including TikTok shop. She then sent them off to a lab for testing.
Our investigation shows many of these products contain an unregulated and potentially dangerous drug called Melanotan II, an unlicensed and unregulated drug, that has been linked to skin cancer.
