Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy told Sunday Morning with Trevor Phillips that Labour will take on the crisis in prisons following a number of high profile erroneous releases of detainees.
It comes as it is revealed that two prisoners wrongly released last year are still at large, as are two others believed to have been freed in error in June this year.
