The governor of West Virginia, Patrick Morrisey, is giving an update on the shooting of two members of the US National Guard in Washington DC.
The suspect, 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, is facing a first-degree murder charge after the death of 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom. Another soldier, Andrew Wolfe, was critically wounded in the shooting on 26 November.
