The government has suffered yet another blow, with the High Court ruling that its decision to ban Palestine Action was unlawful.
Three senior judges said the group’s activities had not reached the level, scale and persistence to be defined as terrorism.
But it will remain banned for now, leaving the thousands of people arrested for supporting it in legal limbo.
