Negotiators from Israel and Hamas have begun a new round of indirect peace talks in the Egyptian resort town of Sharm El-Sheikh. Donald Trump hopes his 20-point plan to end the war will be in place by the end of the week. Hamas has accepted parts of the plan, including releasing all hostages. Meanwhile, Israel’s offensive in Gaza City continues unabated. According to the Hamas-controlled health authority, dozens of Palestinians have been killed in the latest Israeli strikes.
