‘When you go home, go in groups’: British Muslims feared for their safety after 9/11

Nahim Ahmed MBE is a community worker in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Aziz Foundation Fellow. Now an adult, he tells ITV News what he remembers 25 years on from 9/11. For many British Muslims, the aftermath of events in the US changed their lives – from a rise in Islamophobia to a new era of suspicion and surveillance.
