Why is Russia so reserved in its reaction to the US’ tanker seizures? | DW News

The United States says it has seized two oil tankers linked to Venezuela that it alleges were conducting illicit activities. One of the ships was taken in the North Atlantic and was a part of Russia’s so-called "shadow fleet". US officials say the tankers’ crews will now face criminal charges in the US.
