The Australian woman Erin Patterson has gone on trial charged with murdering her ex-husband’s parents and aunt and attempting to murder another.

She’s accused of serving them a beef wellington lunch containing poisonous mushrooms, attempting to hide he evidence and lying to police.
Prosecutors also claim she faked a cancer diagnosis to lure the victims to the meal.
Ms Patterson has pleaded not guilty – while her lawyers say she panicked and lied to police over what they described as a "tragedy and terrible accident".
