Woman says she unknowingly spoke to suspected shooter

Elias Rodriguez has been charged with federal murder in connection to the fatal shooting of two Israeli Embassy staffers outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC. Katie Kalisher who attended the event, says she spoke with Rodriguez shortly after the shooting and says he confessed to the killings.
