Woman shot by border force sues federal government

A woman who was shot five times by a Border Patrol agent is suing the government. Marimar Martinez says after she was shot in Chicago last year, she was called a "domestic terrorist," and was charged with assaulting, resisting and impeding federal officers, all of which were later dropped. The Department of Justice told CNN it doesn’t comment on active litigation.
