World Athletics have introduced swab or blood tests for athletes taking part in women’s events to confirm if they are biologically female.
President Sebastian Coe told a press conference that tests will maintain the "confidence" and "integrity" of competitions. It comes after President Trump vowed to remove "men from women’s sports".
