The European Commission says TikTok violates Europe&#8217;s online safety rules and suggested the app disable what is known as infinite scroll. Infinite Scroll allows people to quickly cycle through millions of videos. TikTok rejects the claims, calling them categorically false. But the tide of public opinion is changing. Countries are banning social media for young people altogether.
