Judge Royce C. Lamberth has given the US Agency of Global Media, which oversees VOA, one week to restore operations and bring employees back to work. VOA has been operating with a skeleton staff since last year, when Trump \u2013 a longtime critic of the publicly-funded broadcaster \u2013 issued an executive order to shut it down.
