She also described being physically hit.<\/p>\n<p>The revelations raise new questions as to why law enforcement did not file criminal charges at the time of the incident and what the district attorney\u2019s office was aware of regarding the assault allegations, as calls grow for answers in light of Doe\u2019s civil lawsuit filed this month.
