The WRU have confirmed Warren Gatland will leave his role as head coach of Wales by mutual agreement.
Cardiff Rugby head coach Matt Sherratt has been appointed as his replacement to lead the Wales senior side for the final three matches of the Six Nations.
It has not been confirmed who will lead Wales beyond the competition.
For months, Gatland’s job has been under threat amid a record run of defeats but the WRU decided to keep him in post after a winless 2024.
