Xi signs agreement with Putin

The Chinese president Xi Jinping is meeting Vladimir Putin in Moscow ahead of Russia’s May 9th military parade – signing an agreement designed to "deepen ties" between the two countries.

The two leaders have met more than 40 times and Putin described Xi as Victory Day’s ‘main guest’.
