Marc Svensson, a social psychologist founded ‘You are Loved’ partly to evidence the high prevalence of suicide and drug related deaths in the LGBT+ community through data collection, as well as providing bereavement community support to those affected.
‘If we can’t evidence the issue, if we can’t evidence the number of deaths that are actually taking place, then the problem isn’t there,’ Svensson told ITV News.
