Zara Aleena: ‘Review into murder may not have happened without media attention’

Since Zara Aleena’s murder nearly two years ago, her family has campaigned for change in the justice system. Probation failures that meant her killer was released just over a week before Zara’s death were exposed in a serious further offences review. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)

But her aunt has told Channel 4 News that according to probation services, that review only happened because of the press attention garnered by Zara’s death.
