Ukraine’s Prime Minister says a Russian attack overnight on the Sumy region has injured 14 people, including a family with three children. There have also been strikes on a fuel and energy facility in Odesa.
It comes as NATO defence chiefs prepare to hold a virtual meeting on security guarantees for Ukraine.
