Zelenskyy hints US rare earth mineral deal is imminent

The Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has hinted that a minerals deal memorandum could be signed with the United States imminently.

In a briefing in Kyiv, Mr Zelenskyy also said he had evidence that China was supplying artillery to Russia – with Chinese representatives even producing weapons on Russian territory.

His warning came as the French President hosted talks with US, Ukrainian and European officials in Paris – to discuss ways of ending the war.
