Zelenskyy ready to step down after war ends

Ukraine’s President has told the news website Axios he is ready to step down after the war with Russia ends.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy said "my goal is to finish the war", not to continue running for office.

Earlier this year he offered to step down in exchange for peace and Nato membership for Ukraine.
