Zelenskyy says ‘manipulative’ Putin does not want ceasefire

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said the Russian ruler, Vladimir Putin, was preparing a rejection of a ceasefire proposal but was scared to say this directly to Donald Trump, the US president. ‘We have all heard from Putin’s highly predictable and manipulative words,’ Zelenskyy said.
