When questioned about what the US could provide for the country, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he asked Donald Trump, "what can you give us in terms of security guarantees?".
Zelenskyy says he told Trump he was "counting on his policy" during the US elections, telling him to "help us" and "just listen to what is going on in Ukraine".
He also goes to call it "strange" that Ukraine are unable to buy weapons from the US when the Middle East can, and says if they are unable to finance the war, will Europe be ready?
