Disgraced cyclist who left elderly woman to die in hit-and-run found dead in woods

Police have found a body in woodland believed to be that of cyclist Stewart McGinn, 30, who had been missing following a jail term for knocking down retired teacher Jane Stone in Monmouth, who passed away four days later in hospital from her injuries.
