A HOMES UNDER THE HAMMER buyer managed to boost the value of their property by £34,000 despite the property being “completely overrun with Japanese knotweed”. The owner of the three-bedroom mid-terraced property in Bilston town centre, Wolverhampton spent just over £25,000 updating the property.
