Kremlin claims Ukrainian counter attack has begun as Russian troops ‘kill 250 soldiers’

Ukraine has readied 12 brigades, an estimated 60,000 troops, to spearhead a multi-pronged counter offensive it hopes will show the West it can force the Russian invaders out of the occupied territories.
