MANY people don’t have clear signs and symptoms in the early stages of primary liver cancer. Indeed, the NHS says liver cancer may not have any symptoms at all, or they might be hard to spot. It states: “The symptoms are the same if the liver cancer starts in the liver or spreads from another part of the body .”
