A massive flash flood was triggered in the Gorkha district in north central Nepal on October 11 after a landslide blocked the Budhi Gandaki River. Homes and bridges, like the Soti Khola bridge in the video, were swept away. Several people were listed as missing according to local authorities. Nepalese Army helicopters and over 400 security personnel were deployed for search and rescue operations in the affected areas.
