Andy Burnham has reassured Volodymyr Zelenskyy that his government will honour every commitment the UK has made to Ukraine.
At a meeting in Portsmouth, Burnham told the Ukrainian leader that "the whole country is with you" as he confirmed the UK would be providing more jamming technology to help in the fight against Russia.
The prime minister said: "This is also something we feel in our gut, we do not like injustice in this country, we don’t like to see innocent people suffering, so we are with you, the whole country is with you."
