While aid has been making its way into the region affected by Wednesday’s devastating flash flooding, bad weather continues to disrupt rescue efforts

Rescue workers and military personnel have been working around the clock since Wednesday’s disaster, which has killed more than 670 people and left about 3,000 missing.
